The Technical Committee tasked with establishing the Adamawa State College of Technology Innovations and Entrepreneurship Studies has submitted its highly anticipated report, marking a pivotal moment in the state’s push for advanced technological and entrepreneurial education.

The report was presented to the Commissioner of Education and Human Capital Development, Comrade Umar Garba Pella, on Monday, June 30, 2025, in Yola. Professor Ibrahim Danjuma, Chairman of the Committee and Director General of the Adamawa State Debt Management Agency, led the delegation and expressed gratitude to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for entrusting the committee with the critical assignment.
“I am happy to present the report of the Technical Committee on the establishment of Adamawa State College of Technology Innovations and Entrepreneurship Studies to the Hon. Commissioner,” Professor Danjuma said during the presentation.
He praised the committee’s dedication, stating, “I doff my hat to the wonderful and amazing members of this committee for working assiduously to deliver on our mandate in record time.”
The proposed college aims to bridge the gap in technology-driven and entrepreneurial education, equipping Adamawa’s youth with skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving global economy. The submission of the report is a significant milestone toward realizing this vision.

In response, Commissioner Pella commended the committee for its thorough work and commitment to the state’s development. “The government will carefully study the report for swift implementation,” he assured, signaling the administration’s intent to move the project forward.
