Adamawa top politician exonerates Ex-SGF over a fake audio calling on Christians to retaliate the death of Deborah

A renowned politician and a Stakeholder of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State, Honourable Salihu Baba Ahmed in its entirety distanced and debunked the viral audio accredited to the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Engr Babachir David Lawal calling on Christians to retaliate the death of Deborah Samuel who was killed for blasphemy in Sokoto.

Baba Ahmed condemned the act and warned the perpetrators to desist from further committing the act against David, who he said can never stoop too low for that utterances.

He said a careful analysis of the audio has shown that the voice and the message are far apart from the personality of the former SGF.

Salihu, who is a critical stakeholder and spoke the minds of many people in Adamawa, debunked the voice note which went viral as audio on many conventional and social media platforms.

He called on the people of Adamawa State to be wary of the bad eggs whose mission was to discredit well-meaning individuals in the society like David

While exonerating Lawal, Baba said the purported audio has nothing near resemblance to the former SGF as such he should never be seen, linked, or identified with the audio.
