Adamawa Election tribunal has closed receiving witnesses from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to begin hearing from the People People’s Democratic Party (PDP) witnesses over the Governorship election held on 16th March.
On this premise the APC has equally stepped down the Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Barr Yunusa Hudu Ari from being her witness to testify.
Ari was brought to court by the Adamawa APC Lawyer to give testimony in favor of the party’s Gubernatorial candidate.
Justice Theodora Obi Uloho, the chairman of the three-member panel of the tribunal has ruled that the APC party will no longer have any witness to present.
She adjourned the continuation of the hearing till 2nd August with PDP and others respondent to present their witnesses in court.
