The Youth Wing Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) Adamawa State Chapter has congratulated Mrs. Hon Delu James Bulus Yakubu on her appointment as the pioneer National Coordinator/CEO of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA) By His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
A statement made available to TG NEWS and signed by Rev. Gabriel L. Shall, the YOWICAN Chairman of Adamawa State Chapter said Delu is a renowned product of the All Progressives Congress (APC) family both at the state level of Adamawa and the nation at large.
