The Long absence of the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arch Ishaku Darius would be laid to rest today as mammoth crowd gathered at the Danbaba stadium to welcome him.
His over 80 days away arosed alot of comments by the opposition and social cretics to caused a serious Stand still on the administration of the state affairs.
His return today attracted the supporters of PDP Loyalists and people of good will to the growth and development of Taraba State that he has return to make the State Economic active and vibrant.
However his returned to state still attracted comments from the opposition when an ordered was given not to allow any cameras to be used on his arrival.
The All Progressives Congress,APC, Secretary of Taraba State Chapter,Mr Bilana Godwin Williams Said the Governor Ishaku’s returned to the State will not change the underdevelopment position of the state.
According to him,if he be a Man whose entire life depend on the resources of the state there should not be any hanke panky or denying the people of the State to see him from the unnecessary 80 days he wasted outside the state.
“If he is our Governor why must there be an order restraining Journalists from using cameras? I think our Governor returned incapacitated and they don’t want the world to know.” He said
Other people are of the view that Governor Darius returned on crutches is as a result of the health challenges is experiencing.
