The All progressives Congress (APC) Party in Adamawa state have appointed new officials to serve on acting capacity.
The new appointments are to replace the vacant positions created as a result of a suspension slammed on three of its officials last week.
In a Press statement signed by the state Publicity Secretary,Hon Mohammed Abdullahi released today revealed that the following are to serve in Acting Capacity in the respective positions:
“ABDULLAHI WALI (Ex-Officio from Central Zone) is to coordinate the zone as Acting Zonal Vice Chairman.
“MR. MEDAN KAIGAMA (Asst. Financial Secretary) to serve as Acting State Financial Secretary.
“MR. DAVID MAJO (Vice Chairman Mayobelwa Local Govt.) is to serve as Acting Chairman.”
According to the state all appointments are with effect from August 16, 2019.
You could recalled that Aliyu Bakari (Vice Chairman central),Saidu Naira (Financial Secretary) and Babangida Talasai (party chairman of Mayo-Belwa) were suspended for trying to withdraw a court case instituted by APC against PDP at the electoral tribunal in the state.
