APC Crisis: Bilal gets court order restraining Tadawus from parading himself as Adamawa acting Chairman

An order of interim injunctions was given to Adamawa embattled All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal to remain the party’s substantive Chairman.

Bilal drags Samaila Tadawus, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu, Mohammed Abdullahi, Idris Shuaibu,Sai’du Maitala Naira, Medan Kaigama, Abubakar Abubakar, Audu Monday, Aishatu Adamu Namtari and Ibrahim Alhassan.

Others in the Bilal suit are Usman Hamalai, Mark Dauda, Idris Abubakar, Obed Shedrack and APC brought under a motion expate restraining the 1st defendant (Samaila Tadawus) to stop parading himself as the chairman Adamawa Chairman of the APC.

The order which was granted by Justice Usman Musa was brought under order 10 rule 7 of the Adamawa High Court.

The case stands adjourned to the 14th September, 2022 for hearing on the motion on notice.
