The Adamawa State Chapter of the All Progressives Peoples Congress (APC) has lauded President Muhammadu Buhari for the reappointment of Boss Mustapha and Abba Kyari as Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chief of Staff to the President respectively.
This is contain in a statement signed on Saturday by Alhaji Ahmed Lawal, State Organising Secretary of the party.
Lawal said that the reappointment of the two key public officials who are from North East is a justification that Buhari favours the region.
He also thanked Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Ahmed Tinubu, Leader of the party for supporting the allocation of strategic positions to the North East.
He called on the people of the region to support the people of South West come 2023 for presidency.
He also noted that the same political leaders supported the emergence of Senate President from the same zone, adding that the zone was favoured more than any other geopolitical zone in Nigeria.
“We thank president Buhari, Osinbajo and Tinubu for giving Senate presidency, SGF and Chief of Staff to North East geopolitical zone.
” We urge the people of the zone to reciprocate to the south west when they will demand for our support.
“With these positions, we do not have any reason not to support the APC leadership,’.
