APC kickstarts electronic membership registration process

In a bid to embrace digital transformation, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will on Wednesday kickstart the process for the electronic membership registration in all 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory.

The date for the commencement of the registration exercise proper is yet to be fixed.

The Nation however gathered that the exercise will be formally flagged off in Minna, Niger State capital.

A “Train the Trainer” workshop for 109 participants – three each from the 36 states and one participant from FCT is billed for Ladi Kwali Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel (formerly, Sheraton Hotel).

The training workshop will be formally opened by the APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology, Chief Uche Nnaji, and the Honourable Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. ‘Bosun Tijani, will serve as Special Guests of Honour.

The APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka said electronic membership registration system is part of the party’s trailblazing commitment to digitalize its operations and improve the efficiency of its membership management.
