APC nat’l Assembly caucus in an emergency meeting over last party congress

The APC Caucus of the National Assembly comprising Senators and Members of the House of Representatives on the Platform of the APC are currently in the State House Villa with APC Governors for an emergency Meeting with the Party.

The meeting was chaired by the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osibanjo who is the Chairman of the Tripartite committee.

The caucus have a debris of the outcome of the concluded Congresses a cross the country.

One of the caucus member told TGNEWS.COM.NG that the meeting many issues about the outcome of the just concluded congresses.

The caucus members also discussed how the NASS will pass the electoral Act amendment to make it compulsory for Primaries of all political parties to be through direct primaries.

But it’s however against the wishes of the party and the Governors forum.
