A case between Mohammed Yusuf vs APC party, INEC and Rt Hon Emmanuel Tsamdu was mentioned Monday 3rd,Dec 2018 (Today) at the Yola Federal High Court.
Yusuf who filed against Tsamdu as the second defendant demanding the ticket of Madagali constituency of Adamawa state House of Assembly under APC to be given to him as the acclaimed winner of the party primary.
The case was mentioned by Justice Abdullahi Mohammed Anka and agreed to the prayers of both the plaintiff and defendant counsel to reconvene for hearing on 10th Thursday,2019.
