The on going All Progressives Congress (APC) Peace and Reconciliation committee under the chairmanship of Tanko Almakura met with party aggrieved members who were denied fair play in the party last primaries election.
The meeting which last about 8 hours in banquet hall of Adamawa state Government House with State and Federal House of assembly aspirants, senatorial and gubernatorial aspirants of Adamawa and Taraba States.
One of the Female aggrieved Aspirant,Mrs Anna Sini who vied for Adamawa Northern Senatorial zone during the reconciliation meeting outburst that those that the party favored by way of imposition have made them their political enemies.
Anna who narrated her ordeals that the party did not allow fair play as one of the party’s strong manifestos to take it full course in the last primaries in Adamawa Northern zone.
“The impunity going on in the party is fading off the Party’s beauty and popularity, the automatic ticket is agenda skewed by some few party internal enemies to destroy the Party in order to pave way for opposition to take over.
“This is not the APC that we all Know, this not the party that her strong manifesto is to allow internal democracy to take it full course.
” Some urgent has to be done to have a final solution to the damaged done by this enemies of our Party. ” Anna Said
Mrs Sini who spoke the mind of many aggrieved aspirants of the party from Adamawa and Taraba States revealed that many opposition party are willing to woo them to fight the party from realising it 2019 dreams.
She warn that the party should be very careful of the people who are wounded as a result of the last primaries,if proper reconciliation do not take place they may stay back and cause deadly havoc in the coming 2019 elections for the ruling party.
According to her the last party primaries is derailing the popularity of the party and if the party do not put all checks and balances for the benefit of all party members it will be difficult for the party to have an overwhelming votes it got in 2015.
She made her prayers known to the committee of true reconciliation, refunds of monies to those people who a candidate was imposed on them or the party should be reorganized for fresh primaries.
She however said that because of her political ideology who believe in President Muhammadu Buhari style of leadership will remain in the Party to work for Buhari second term ticket.
