To fill in the gap created as a result of Alhaji Ibrahim Bila’s removal from his position as the Adamawa state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Northern Senatorial District.

Based on the party’s guidelines the State Working Committee (SWC) is a way of balancing all positions of the party across divides, Alhaji Saidu Naira told our correspondent in Yola that he has been appointed as the new acting deputy Chairman of the Adamawa state chapter of the APC before Congress for new officials to emerge.
The State Working Committee (SWC) yesterday under the supervision of Tadawus as an acting Chairman gave Naira a letter of appointment as the new acting Deputy Chairman.
Naira had his political journey in APC as a founding member of the party and was one of the merger committee members.
At the formation of the party he was given the position of zonal Youth leader, and later became assistant secretary of the party.
Naira’s political career grew up when he was appointed the party’s secretary for two years and served the party again as a financial secretary.
Naira after holding the office of the Financial Secretary he became the party ex-officio from this position he was given the position of Vice State Chairman (Northern zone)
