The National and House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Yola,Adamawa State has adjourned the case for the former Senator Binta Masi Garba of the All Progressives Congress,APC, and serving Senator Ishaku Elisha Philip of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to 1st and 2nd of August for the defense of all the councils.
This followed a request by the council to Senator Ishaku Philip of the PDP, Sam Ologunorisa SAN, for a spinner and closure of the case after cross examining of two withnesses presented by the APC.
Council to former Senator Binta Masi Garba of APC, Barrister Bayomi Akanwode, said the Tribunal Judge has given the PDP date to bring their withnesses.
The Tribunal Judge, Justice Salami Akambi, adjourned the matter to 1st and 2nd of August.
