The Archbishop of LCCN Most Rev Musa Panti Filibus said the death of Late His Royal Majesty Joel Joram Fwa was a great loss to LCCN and the nation at large. In condolence message made available to press by the communication Officer of the church, Archbishop Panti said the late monarch left at a time that his wealth of experience is greatly needed.
He prayed to God to console the family and the kingdom.

We received with deep sadness the news of the death of His Royal Majesty, Joel Joram Fwa, Murum Mbula (the First-Class
Chief of the Mbula Kingdom in Adamawa State) that occurred on Sunday 16 May 2021. HRM died at a time that his wealth of experience and leadership virtues were most needed.
On behalf of my family, the General Church Council, the Board of Trustees, the Bishops Council, all ordained and lay ministers, and the entire members of the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN), I wish to extend our deepest condolences to his family, Mbula traditional council, the Mbula nation, Numan Federation, and the government of Adamawa State at large.
While we mourn the death of and will greatly miss the Murum Mbula Joel Joram Fwa, we do so as people of hope in the hope of the resurrection in Jesus Christ. He will be above all as one that devoted his whole life to the service of God and humanity especially his unrelenting efforts in providing quality education that is desperately needed in Nigeria today. We in the LCCN give thanks to God for the commitment and contributions of this great servant of God. We have lost a father, a peacemaker.
We pray that the Lord God will grant the family and all of us the grace to walk through this moment of grief. May the grace of God comfort the us all.
