….says Tinubu will beat him hands down
An All Progressives Congress, APC, party Chieftain, Chief Sunny Sylvester Moniedafe said his knowledge of Atiku Abubakar who has been his friend over the years cannot be a good President for the Nigerian dream.
Atiku, who is People’s Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Sunny said he has been tested and found wanting in the eyes of Nigeria, especially by the people of Adamawa state.
Sunny who is APC Assistant Director of North East support groups coordination of the presidential campaign council (PCC) recalled while Atiku was the Vice President and under his office organizations like NITEL, and NIPOST were all sold out is not a good omen require in a good leader.
According to him, it is a shame and lack of people-orientated leadership ideas that the Road leading to Atiku’s community was a death trap until the APC government came and work it out.
Sunny who has been a party Man and since 1990 has been in active politics, recently contested the Northern National vice Chairman of APC said the leadership inability of Atiku to reconcile the PDP internal crisis is an eye opener that he and his party are going no where in the coming presidential polls.
For these reasons, Sunny revealed that Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate is going to beat him hands down because the party is intact and in check to face the election, unlike PDP.
“Who do you think people will vote for? Is the person under his watch as a Vice President and headed a committee that later sold out NITEL, NIPOST, and the rest? Right now Tinubu is the best candidate and APC is the party to go.
“My joy is that no rigging, no manipulation of results here and there or elsewhere as it use to be, one of the reasons that APC lost the election in many places in recent times,” Sunny said
He bragged that APC his party is intact despite galore of defection here and there of party members to other parties like PDP, and the rest.
Sunny in an interview in his Yola residence said many people may have their reasons for leaving APC but the people’s voice at polls is what will matter and seriously count.
He recounted his story as one of the most marginalized politicians in APC who was more vocal in defense of the party than even Lai Mohammed but he got nothing during the eight years of President Muhammadu Buhari’s regime.
He worried about how he labored for the party, contested the national office of the party, and toured all over the country but was compensated with nothing, and that didn’t make him leave the party because he believe in the party to have a solution for the Nigerian problem.
“This time around the cabals that taken over the country are not in charge, it’s the people’s vote that will count. Come February 25th and March 11th Tinubu, Binani will win,” he assured
He also said that at the same speed and pace, Tinubu is moving, and so does Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani is moving in Adamawa state as the gubernatorial candidate of APC.
He described Binani as one of the world women leaders like Queen Amina of Zaria and the rest whose leadership prowess is timely.
According to him Binani is feminine but has a muscular approach and strength to Govern Adamawa State.
He said her visits to Adamawa hinterlands, places that no Gubernatorial candidates ever visited but she went there with leadership vision to win her election.
“No doubt about it Binani is going to win the March election without stress.” He said
