The 2023 general elections have availed people with the requisite political capacity to aspire and bring out their best, talents to give better leadership skills in protecting, and providing a solution to their area of political jurisdiction as they regard the coming elections a year of political taking decisions.
Of a truth is not everyone flying their party ticket will eventually emerge as the winner of the elections. Some because of one reason or the order, through court injunctions, fate, and electoral inabilities may be scuttled away in the journey to their respective political destinies.
In Adamawa State, for instance, the Girei, Yola South, and Yola North Federal Constituency there abound these such of many politicians who are in a different party of their choice. The fact remains bitter truth, so many of them are more of wasting time and resources on a journey that will not take them to an inch of their political journey.
But in this Federal Constituency, however, there is only one Man that history will be kind to him, that posterity and even his political enemies will testify that he is good to go for the coming election and has what it takes to win the election.
Abubakar Baba Zango (Abaza) started early in politics. He was a ward councilor in the 90s, became a Commissioner during the Buni Haruna-led administrator, and later became an adviser during the administration of Murtala Nyako. A he was and still a senior political game player, a perfect team player in Adamawa state that his existence as a politician is greatly notice by all people.
These are classical examples of who is, a grassroots politicians. He grew through the rank and files of politics and has a blameless file without any query elsewhere emanating from his political superior or lieutenants. Meaning he has established a cordial and bounded political trust with cord that can never be broken. He has built up bridges of good relationships with his political kinsmen and stakeholders. He broke down the walls that were serving as a barricade to the leaders-Constituents relationship. He is now a satisfied truth politician with holding a trace of hope and a better future for the constituency.
He maintains the lead in relating well with his political armor bearers and leaders of thought are all behind him as the 2023 elections roll on to who is the next House of Representatives (HoR) Member for the people of Girei, Yola South, and Yola North Federal Constituency.
Others are there, but all I see is Baba Zango I dream of having the mantle of leadership in his girdle. The representation in the national assembly, at the green chambers, precisely will be a dream come true for the people of Adamawa State that a voice will be heard well in defense of their interests.
Over the years, he went silent but came as a shock to the entire people of the state. Schooled and cooked himself in the training field of international business, acquired leadership traits, and skills, and developed himself to be an epitome of service to humanity. Now is ready, able, and fixed to the calling he has responded to serve the people of Girei, Yola South, and Yola North.
May I, therefore, say that it will be catastrophic and injurious decision to the constituency shall there be neglect of this call on Abaza, it will be a huge loss to the nation, a grievous loss to the people of Adamawa state, and above all a dead loss for the federal constituency. Because he has the man to beat in the coming 2023 election because of his people-oriented records of achievements, he remains the best for the job, the most qualified to go for the area, and the most outstanding, and outshining star of the moment.
Let’s all give him the mandate through our votes in the All Progressives Congress (APC). He cannot fail, he cannot derail. He was tested and found trusted in the area of leadership. At this time around he can’t change because I will ever vouch for him to be a trustworthy man with uncommon integrity to deliver the mandate he was called to do.
This is the bitter truth and remains the salient point of thought for any thoughtful and right-thinking politician to ponder.
