Governor of Adamawa State, Senator Mohammed Umar Jibrilla Bindow, has admonished first batch of Adamawa State Christian Pilgrims to the Holy land of Israel to be law abiding, prayer for a lasting peace and remain as good ambassadors of Adamawa State thruoghout their stay.
He made this call, Friday night, when he personally visited the Christian Pilgrims to witness their airlift from Yola International airport.
“Please pray for our dear State, against the backdrop of recent happenings in some of our communities. Pray for our country and better health for President Muhammadu Buhari,” he urged them.
The Governor who was at the airport at about 8: 30 pm, waited for the arrival of the Airbus and final airlift shortly after Midnight.
Among the Christian Pilgrims were the Head of Service Dr Luis Mandama, Hon Shanti Sashi, Chief Maurice Vunobolki, Hon Ndikashe Mariko, Hon Micheal Zira, Hon Albert Artuwicha, Hon Atta Mustapha, Ladi Adamu of the NTA, Hon Mathias Yohana, George Kushi of AIT and members of the Clergy.
