Benue Elder Statesmen drum support for Suswam to be the next PDP national Chair

Leaders of Benue North East Senatorial District which comprises Katsina-Ala, Ukum, and Logo were overwhelmed with giant strides of infrastructural development at the instance of senator Gabriel Suswam for his constituents in the State.

The stakeholders made this assertion on Thursday at Akume Atongu stadium Katsina-Ala while recounting enormous achievement recorded son of the soil and former Governor Gabriel Suswam brought towards enhancing conducive environment in the zone A areas of the state.

Addressing the mammoth crowd during the ceremony Elder Nzulgba Ugba Of mbacher ward of shitile , expressed gratitude for the attendance which included the youths as well as others.

He implored that tarred roads as well as electricity at rural dwellers and tap borne water installed in various LGAS making the Senatorial was influenced and executed during Senator Gabriel Suswam tenure.

The Elder statemen drum support for National chairmanship contender urging the stakeholders to put their trust behind for the party to bounce back, stressing Senator Gabriel Suswam if given the mandate is capable to change narrative for the party to bounce back to reckoning again.

According to him tsunami that led to broom revolution which sweep the polls in the last General election where he Suswam was defeated.

Besides these his projects are still ongoing for instance roads network he forth and approval during his time in the senate are being executed while his successor current Senator Emanuel Udende is yet to brought any project his one year in the saddle impact is not yet felt.

Various speakers who spoke at the event resolved that members of the people’s Democratic Party PDP from zone” A” to work collectively towards ensuring the success of the upcoming party convention in favour of Senator Suswam to emerge victorious as National Chairman of the party.
