A lawmaker in the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Daniel Ukpera has donated ropes to his constituents to tie their goats.
The move, TGNEWS gathered, was owing to recent cases of missing goats situations being reported in the community.
Daniel Ukpera is a former contender for Guma state constituency seat in the Benue State House of Assembly 2019 on the platform of Labour party.
