Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has expressed his commitment to driving sustainable development in the state through global partnerships. In a meeting with the UNDP Maiduguri team, held recently, Governor Fintiri pushed for stronger collaboration to enhance project impact and accessibility in Adamawa.

He emphasized the importance of a UNDP presence in Yola, the state capital, to achieve this goal. This move is part of the governor’s efforts to rebuild and develop the state, which has been affected by displacement and other challenges.
