I can’t believe this! It’s a sort of surprise by the dint hard work of a Governor many thought nothing good will come out of him. In less than two years in office My Governor have turned up to be a successful and a celebrated bus driver. He pilled up people in his executive air conditioned vehicle (Bus) to a place he call ”Land of Beauty”.
Coming from the National Assembly to be a Governor of Adamawa state that is known to be one of the most multi dialectal,multi religion and multi what i call “high profile personality” who will always want to be the de-factor Governors,to these ones it was a dream unrealizable. Seeing the complexity nature of the state for Bindow to be driving the state to this extend it call for a standing ovation in show of supports for him to go much further in rescueing the state from chains of socio economy stardation.
Destiny and fate ran in favor of Sen. Mohammadu Umaru Jibrilla,the seating Governor of Adamawa state,the Sardaunan Mubi who is now popularly know as ”Bindow For Social Change”. A driver that is navigating the roads of the state in an assumable speed of professionalism to rescue the lives and destinies of Adamawa people who they boarded his Bus to take them to their various land of rest.
Before his coming on board as the present Governor of the state, Adamawa is considered one of the most backward state in Nigeria,where virtually nothing is going on well with the people of the state. For this,my driver Governor vowed to work (Drive) hard to save everyone on board to where are best suppose to be.
From May last year to date i was privilege to traveled to 27 states of the country and haven known Adamawa well having being staying for more than 15 years, infrastructurally without mixing words one will boldly say Bindow is relatively doing too well to reshape the state to it’s original name: which is the land of beauty that have been bastardised because of bad leadership.
Despite the scourge of insurgency that retardate the speed of socio economy activities in the Northern areas of the state, my driver Governor is still driving fast to revive the economy activities of all those LGs that was initially been ravaged by Boko Haram, Mubi,Michika, Hong, Gombi,Maiha are economically gaining strength.
Is on record and glaring clear to the eyes all people both within and outside the state that the bulldozer working Governor has constructed over 77 roads and others 16 roads are under construction. This he set as an agenda Adamawa state must have good roads to boost economy activities.
The agenda began with the reconstruction of a 4.8km remaining section of Lamido Aliyu way and Jippu Jam link road in Yola the state capital, reconstructed additional roads in Jimeta,comprising of a 1.8km in Bole street and links and a 2.0km Gumti road,part of chalawa and Hamman Yero road.
Also in the agenda he has constructed/reconstructed so many streets as follows, a 2.80km in Wauro Jabbe road, a 5.30km Jambutu road and drainages was done, the 0.70 in Mayo Belwa street was equally completed. Others are, Lamido Mustapha road and Damare road a 2.40km was fully completed,Demsawo Wukari street Triacta Nig. Ltd completed a 2.00km there.
Governor Bindow continue to work the roads in Sarkin wuta street, Abuja road in Yola town, Zango street, Jimeta bye pass road, church street, Rumbe street and Ahmadu Talib Road which has the total of 7.69km.
A dual carriageway of Galadima Aminu and Justice Buba Ardo linking PZ round about and Jambutu bypass it is a 5.75 that was rehabilitated by this present administration. Jibrilla also constructed and rehabilitated some selected Mubi township roads comprising of Wuro gude bridge, kolere road, sabon layi and links, Wuro patuje, G.R.A roundabout -police, Mubi primary 1 road, D road and Wuro Bulude.
Others are, Tike road, water board road, Zaria road kwacham ro road, Keystone Bank road and Mubi Digil roads which has a total km of 19.720 that the driver Governor has achieved in less than two years in office.
Triacta Nig. Ltd,Raycon & CO. Nig. Ltd and TEC Engineering Nig. Ltd were given a 6.075km to construct and rehabilitate Yolde Pate, Sabon pegi roads, Modibbo Adama way in Yola town, Yola byepass and Atiku Abubakar dual carriageway way in Jimeta the state Capital.
Other roads that were constructed by those construction company are 43.1km Hamman Nyallowa road in Yola town, Kiri Sheleng road,Vinikiland road and Numan township roads (Ahmadu Bello way and Hospital roads).
Ganye chiefdom in Southern Senatorial districts of the state, a township road that link Sangasumi to Buwagal and Guyuk township roads a 9.1km roads were awarded contracts to be finished in less six months.
Jimeta,Yola and Mubi are now taken new shape,were beautiful looks with roads construction,hope to boost economy activities that will jack up even the internally generated revenues.
This tireless working Governor vowed to touch every land and race in the state with his people connection policies,Bindow for social Change ( BSC).
Other formidable groups like Team Bindow,Bindow Economy and social Transformation (BEST) agenda and Deserving Bindow 2019 are independent support groups who understood the giant efforts making by the state Governor to take Adamawa from the list of underdeveloped state to a high rated state by a performing Governor.
Being a driver and born with business concepts,he travels far and near to woo investors to come and do business with the people of Adamawa state that is endowed with all kinds of natural resources and good arable land for Agriculture which will jack up the internally generated revenue (IGR) of the state.
From Toungo to Madagali, Fufore to Shelleng Bindow is driving to safe lives, driving to take all and sundry to a resting place because the journey with the past Governments was a bad experiences haven had so many James Bombs holding the wheels of the steers.
