A staunch loyalist of All Progressives Congress party, APC, in Mubi North Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Alhaji Jaafaru Hamman said the immediate past Governor of the state, Senator. Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow is the shaker and mover of the Mubi Emirate.
Hamman who is popularly known as Kokoya dispelled a report credited to the Member representing Mubi South in the Adamawa state House of Assembly, Hon Musa Umar Bororo that Mubi South remains Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s political stronghold.
Musa further revealed that Fintiri is a candidate to beat in the 2023 elections, an assertions Kokoya said is a mere claim by him to become Governor Ahmadu’s most favorite lawmaker.
The world including the blind, deaf and dumb have witnessed the arrival of the immediate past Governor of Adamawa state that is certainly a crowd puller and a Man to beat at whatever time in 2023 and beyond.
According to him, Bindow was welcomed, the entire Mubi stood still and people filled up the major road from welcome to Mubi gate to the Lamido Palace was a serious hold up that caused about four hours to reach the palace because of how people jam-packed the road.
“Mubi can’t be home for Governor Fintiri, he visited Mubi more than three times since he became the Governor, he has a House in Mubi he will spend days and go back to Yola unnoticed. Despite him being the Governor, I’m telling you no one can convince me that such a person has the political might or weight to control Mubi more than Bindow.” Kokoye said
He continued to say Bororo is what he is because of Bindow and the APC, longer throat kind of politics as a pest to Governor Fintiri is typical of him.
“No Jupiter can contend with Bindow politically in Mubi, what you saw last week was a tip of the iceberg, let’s wait for the real politics time to come and he has the interest to contest any position of his choice, it is then you will know PDP and anything anti-Bindow in Mubi is not their political home.
” I bet you Bororo will not amount to anything if he will re-contest without, the whole of Adamawa Bindow’s name is ringing loud the bell of political godfather to many.
“In Mubi Fintiri did not do half of a quarter of what Bindow has done, the ongoing work in Mubi General hospital if you ask the people of Mubi they will tell you is not what they want, we are seriously lacking Medical Doctors in that Hospital not what we are seeing as development.” He added
