Controversial social media personality Blessing CEO, who recently went public with claims of battling stage 4 breast cancer, is facing explosive allegations of fraud after businessman Chidi Mike accused her of doctoring a genuine medical report belonging to another patient to deceive Nigerians into sending donations.

In a widely circulated video and statements shared across social media platforms, Chidi Mike alleged that Blessing CEO manipulated an actual breast cancer patient into providing her lab results, then edited the document by replacing the original owner’s name with her own.
He described the act as “heartless” and claimed the family of the real patient is now furious and preparing to sue her for using their relative’s private medical records to solicit public sympathy and financial help.
According to Chidi Mike, the forged report was presented as evidence of Blessing CEO’s diagnosis after doubts surfaced about her cancer story.
Medical professionals and online observers had earlier questioned inconsistencies in her claims, including her display of luxury properties while appealing for funds.
Blessing CEO had reportedly resisted sharing full medical records publicly, offering to show them only privately to “credible” individuals while maintaining that her disclosure was about vulnerability rather than fundraising.
The businessman reportedly displayed side-by-side comparisons of what he called the “original” and “edited” results, pointing out discrepancies such as mismatched lab numbering and dating that raised red flags about authenticity.
Critics online have echoed these concerns, noting issues with specimen labeling conventions in histopathology labs that appeared altered in the version she allegedly used.
This latest twist adds fuel to an ongoing public debate surrounding Blessing CEO’s health claims. She had previously appeared in videos discussing her supposed diagnosis and even addressed skepticism, with some supporters defending her while others accused her of seeking clout or financial gain. Reports indicate she posted donation account details despite insisting the appeal was not primarily for money.
As of now, Blessing CEO has not issued a detailed public response to Chidi Mike’s specific forgery allegations. The situation remains fluid, with the purported lawsuit from the real patient’s family yet to be formally confirmed in court records.
Social media users have reacted strongly, with many expressing disappointment and calling for greater scrutiny of online appeals involving health crises and donations. Others urged caution, reminding the public that allegations, while serious, require due process and verifiable evidence.
