A loyalist and strong member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Hussaini Gambo Nakura has extolled the leadership qualities of Barr (Dr) Boss Mustapha CFR NPoM, Former Secretary to the government of the federal to have lived above board while in office.
He recounted how Boss sacrificed his wealth, knowledge, and experience in the interest of Nigerian Democracy in the second and third Republic.
Gambo recalled in 1992 under the Social Democratic Party (SDP) he served as the state Party Chairman and later became the Governorship candidate was an immemorial time in his life when Boss remained a political hero.
According to him since that time Boss has operated an open-door policy and is known for his forthright ways of dealing with people irrespective of religion, tribe, and even political inclination.
Gambo who is the Chairman of Adamawa’s concerned citizens described Boss as the ideal leader that Nigeria still needs to give his best in salvaging the country’s economic crunch, perceived differences, and lack of trust among Nigerians.
He extolled Boss’s humility, simplicity, and intelligence who knows the act of leadership and governance, and described him as a knowledge pool of Nigerian political history.
He commended Boss for giving the best stewardship ever while in office as the SGF and becoming a trusted ally of President Muhammadu Buhari, many find him a political confidant.
Gambo as a grassroots mobilizer and renowned public commentator on state and national issues said Boss is a perfect example of good leadership anytime, any day.
He appreciated the Governing councils of Federal University Wukari (FUW) and Gombe State University for conferring on him an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Law.
He said it’s an award in the right order on the right person who is serving humanity rightly, with Justice, equity, and fairness.
While extolling him as a de-tribalized person with a high level of religious tolerance, Gambo appreciated him for sharing hundreds of dates with the Muslim Ummah to help them break their Ramadan fast.
He thanked him for felicitating with the Muslim Ummah, showing a high level of religious tolerance as a good Christian.
