In a devastating turn of events, the decomposing body of Hon. Justice Azuka, a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly, has been found near the 2nd Niger Bridge.
Azuka, who represented Onitsha I North Constituency, was kidnapped by gunmen on December 24, 2024, while returning home via Ugwunaobankpa Road, Inland Town, Onitsha. His vehicle was found at the Upper Iweka area of Onitsha a few days after his abduction
According to sources, a joint security team made the gruesome discovery on Thursday morning. SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the news, stating that operatives are currently at the scene and will provide further details as they become available.
