Breaking: APC Primaries: Allege voting buying disrupt Adamawa south Senatorial election

The Primaries election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) of Adamawa Southern Senatorial District held in Numan was disrupted over alleged voting buying.

The allegation was raised by other five contestants who accused Engr Samaila Numan of voting buying after three delegates cast their votes in favor of him.

The five aspirants; Barr Bala Silas Sanga, Senator Ahmad Moallayidi Abubakar, Bridget Zidon, Sani Jada, and Senator Grace Bent in a press conference accused Numan of violating the electoral law.

They threatened to withdraw from the race if the vote-buying continues because the process will result to less electoral

In the press conference they called on APC to disqualify Samaila from the race, according to them Numan’s agent has displayed an open vote inducement, giving any delegates a promissory note of five hundred thousand (N500,000) after casting their votes for him.

The APC Chairman election committee, Mr. Thorny over the demands of the five other contestants in a formal letter suspended the whole exercise.
