The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has delisted the second-leg fixture of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Libya’s Mediterranean Knights.

CAF published an updated fixture list on its official handle on Tuesday, omitting the Libya vs. Nigeria game. The match was initially scheduled for Tuesday at 8 pm in Libya, following the first leg held at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday.
The Super Eagles secured a 1-0 victory with a late goal. However, controversy surrounded the return leg after Nigerian players and officials reported a harrowing 14-hour ordeal at the Libyan airport, prompting their return home.
