In a shocking revelation, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has alleged that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is “dead” and that some ministers in President Tinubu’s government paid for their appointments.

Speaking on BBC Hausa, El-Rufai expressed disappointment in the way he was treated by the party, despite his unwavering support for President Tinubu.
He claimed that appointments are now controlled by a select group from Lagos State, and that there is no justice in the APC anymore.
El-Rufai revealed that he consulted several top political figures, including former President Muhammadu Buhari, Tunde Bakare, Abdullahi Adamu, Adams Oshiomhole, and Bisi Akande, before deciding to leave the APC for the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
