Court of Appeal reverses the decision of the Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Thursday

The appellate court sitting in Abuja has just reversed the lower tribunal’s decision between Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule and Emmanuel David Ombugadu

In a unanimous judgement, the appeal court, Abuja division, overturned the lower tribunal’s verdict and declared Engr. Abdullahi A Sule as a winner and dully elected Governor of the March 18 poll in Nasarawa State.
