Independent National electoral commission (INEC) have declared Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo of APGA party winner of the Anambra governorship election.
Soludo was declared a winner after the results of Ihiala Local Government were collated, counted.
Recall the election was declared inconclusive because of Ihiala LGA people didn’t voted over insecurity challenges.
