Breaking: Justice Anka to deliver Judgement in case of Murtala/Ibrahim VS Awwal Tukur on Monday

A Judgment of the case before Justice MZ Anka of the Federal High Court Yola between Mohammed Murtala Chubado and Honourable Ibrahim BabaYola Mustapha (Baba 10) versus Adamawa State University Governing Council Chairman,Hon Awwal Tukur is set to be delivered on Monday, 28th November 2023.

A staff of the High Court who pleaded to be anonymous confided to this medium that there are also three judgments against Adamawa state Speaker,Rt Hon Iya Abbas whose judgment may come up at a later date.

You may recall that Mohammed Murtala Chubado and Honourable Ibrahim BabaYola Mustapha (Baba 10), both plaintiffs in the suit, are challenging Hon. Abbas the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), allegedly gained the Adamawa central PDP senatorial ticket through massive electoral irregularities in the recent primary election of the party held in Yola
