The All Progressives Congress (APC) through its publicity Secretary, Mohammed Abdullahi has since kicked against the move as according to him the Government is no wise in trying to mortgage the future of the entire state.

APC while frowning at the”wicked decision of the state government to the people they promised them good governance”, they called on well-meaning individuals to raise against what they described as an ugly trend enslaving the entire Adamawa state.”

They made a passionate appeal to all lawmakers not to approve such “an anti-people loan” as it is having a far and bad devastating effects to many generations of Adamawa indigenes yet unborn.

Abdullahi reiterated that the government is not having a very good intention and the basis of acquiring the loan is not yet clear and convincing to even a lay Man.

“What is the loan meant? For why now when members are not on seats? What about the past loan collected? We’ve seen nothing tangible on ground for the ones they have collected and we are therefore saying this is wicked and evil the government is deliberately trying to enslave our state.” He said

Another APC stalwart, Mohamed Mayas said that Governor Fintiri in the first place came with a personal agenda to enrich himself not to develop the state.

He wondered what plans the state is having on ground that will make them collect a bond loan of hundreds of Billion naira.

He revealed that the members are all going for plenaries today through the back door of the Assembly because of the desperation of the government to unleash suffering and pains to the people of the state.

“This government has come to sell us all with our entire generation, Fintiri is on a business mission with Adamawa state. I’m begging and appealing to all people to stop this ugly trend, bad precedence that’s capable of consuming us all.” Mayas said.
