Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a significant reduction in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), effective immediately. This marks the second price cut within a week, bringing petrol prices down from N865 to N835 per litre.
The new prices at partner retail outlets include: N890 per litre in Lagos (down from N920), N900 per litre in the South-West (from N930), N910 per litre in the North-West and North-Central (from N940), and N920 per litre in the South-East, South-South, and North-East (from N950).
According to Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer Anthony Chiejina, this move reaffirms Dangote’s commitment to providing affordable, high-quality fuel while collaborating with partners to ensure equitable pricing.

The refinery has also reduced diesel and LPG prices recently, aiming to ease economic pressures during the Easter season and support Nigeria’s foreign exchange reserves.
Dangote calls on industry stakeholders to source products directly from the refinery to maximize these benefits for consumers nationwide.
