BREAKING NEWS: ECWA Appoints Ijah as Acting GM of Bingham Television

‎The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) has officially appointed Mr. Moses Stephen Ijah as the new Acting General Manager of Bingham Television, the church’s media arm.

‎The announcement was made by the ECWA General Secretary, Rev. Dr. Ayuba Asheshe, during an address to the station’s staff. The appointment takes effect immediately, marking a new chapter for the broadcaster formerly known as ECWA TV.

‎Rev. Dr. Asheshe highlighted the remarkable growth of Bingham TV, which started as a modest initiative and has expanded significantly through God’s grace and the dedication of its team.

‎”Bingham TV started small, but through God’s grace and the commitment of his servants, it has grown tremendously,” he said.

‎He expressed appreciation for the contributions of past leadership, including the immediate predecessor, Engr. Tony Nakale, who served successfully during his tenure.

‎The General Secretary also thanked the Board of Directors for their consistent support and faith in advancing the station’s mission.

‎Addressing Mr. Ijah directly, Rev. Dr. Asheshe charged him to lead with diligence and a deep sense of divine calling. “You are encouraged to work diligently, not merely for a salary, but as a service unto God.

‎Use this television platform as a tool to win souls and to promote godly values in our society,” he urged.

‎The Board of Directors welcomed the decision by the ECWA Executive and pledged their full backing to support the new leadership in achieving greater impact.

‎Mr. Moses Stephen Ijah succeeds Engr. Tony Nakale in this key role. Congratulations have poured in from the ECWA community, with many praying for wisdom, strength, and divine guidance as he takes on this responsibility.

‎Bingham TV, operating under ECWA’s media development wing, focuses on spreading the gospel through Christian content, alongside educational and developmental programming.

‎The station was officially rebranded to Bingham TV in 2025 to better align with its vision of impactful digital broadcasting across Nigeria.

‎This appointment underscores ECWA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its media outreach for kingdom advancement.
