Leader of the indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has been arrested.
Kanu’s arrest was announced by Abubakar Malami, Attorney-General of Federation, at a press conference in Abuja on Tuesday.
The IPOB leader had fled the country after a Federal High Court in Abuja granted him bail in 2017.
Details of Kanu’s arrest, however, still remained sketchy.
