The Publicity Secretary of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of Adamawa State, Ibrahim Sahijo has confirmed to this medium that the Judgment between Dr Ardo Umar, the Gubernatorial candidate of the party against INEC and Sixty Others is set to be delivered on 2nd October.
Ibrahim said he was briefed this morning by the court as the party involved on the case Ardo instituted against the Governor of Adamawa State, PDP and INEC.
According to him, the party’s lawyer has confirmed the court’s decision and forwarded a message to this medium thus
“Good afternoon sir, your judgement is coming up on Monday the 2nd day of October,2023 . Election tribunal Yola. This serves as hearing notice, please.”
