Buhari, Osinbajo security chiefs meet behind closed-doors at Villa

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met behind closed-doors at the Presidential Villa, Abuja with security chiefs.

Also at the meeting were Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Minister of Defence, Major-General Bashir Magashi (retd.); and National Security Adviser, Major-General Babagana Monguno (retd.).

Others include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor; Chief of Army Staff; Lieutenant-General Ibrahim Attahiru; Chief of Naval Staff; Vice Admiral Awwal Zubairu; Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amoo; and the acting Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba.

Details of the meeting was still unknown as of the time this report was filed, however, speculations are that it might not be unconnected with the worsening insecurity situation in the country.
