Daniel Bwala, a prominent figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC), has responded to Nasir El-Rufai’s recent statements, describing the former Kaduna State Governor as his “senior brother”. However, Bwala expressed concern over El-Rufai’s motives, stating that his actions and statements are driven by a desire for vengeance rather than patriotism.

Bwala acknowledged El-Rufai’s brilliance and his contribution to the northern extraction, but emphasized that his own support for Bola Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, was not a recent development.

He revealed that he had worked with Comrade Oshiomhole, the former APC Chairman, to protect Tinubu’s interests, even when El-Rufai and his CPC extraction were opposed to him.
