”Chibok girls must not be used for political gains” -CAN

The National President of Youth wing of Christian association of Nigeria (YOWICAN),Engr Daniel David Kadzai call on Nigerian politicians to detest using the released Chibok girls for any Political gains as the young ladies had went through a lot of traumatised experience that’s uncalled for.

Hoping that the swapping of 5 commandants of Boko Haram with 82 kidnapped school girls will not be a mirage in fighting the dreaded group but call on the government to beef up security in other to avoid another reoccurrence of the menace.

While responding to a questions to our reporter in Yola, David enjoins Christians to pray the more for the release of the remaining girls in captivity and any other person in the custody of Boko Haram, and to also pray for the total collapse of the group as its effects is mostly effecting the Christians in the country.

Kadzai describe their secured freedom as a wonderful breakthrough for Muhammad Buhari Government in the months of May,congratulating all Nigerians and international communities for joining hands with the present administration In fighting insurgents and now is yielding a positive results.

“Most importantly I’m congratulating this girls and their immediate parents for living in the land of captivity for more than three years, for going through the horrible experience without a course of theirs and for seeing what is beyond their eyes to see at the age that it shouldn’t have.” Kadzai said

According to him the relentless efforts of advocacies group like Bring Back our Girls (BBG), international NGOs like Red Cross,Rescue mission, the prayers of many Nigerians and the negotiations team have played a major role in securing the lives of the 82 Young Nigerian ladies who were held captives by Boko Haram insurgency group.

Daniel also observe that the 82 rescued girls should be given a close medical attention and government should set a mechanism on motion that will work on their mental fitness (psyque) which will deradicalise them out of any evil indoctrination they must have infused in their system and to fully live a normal live in the society without any discrimination or stigma.

He further explained that no matter the intrigues on the story behind the release, that government should live to the responsibility of securing the lives of her citizens in this country as there are other girls under the captivity of the Boko Haram group and thousands of other people praying to be set free in their hands.
