Christmas: Adamawa CAN Chairman doles out gifts to over 700 IDPs Children

In the spirit of Christmas, the Catholic Bishop of Yola Diocese, Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza has distributes Christmas gift to over seven hundred internally Displaced persons children in Adamawa State

The kind gesture is in partnership with Mission Take Heart where the internally Displaced Persons benefitted from Anguwan Kara Camp in Girei local government and St Theresa’s Camp, Yola North of Adamawa State

Bishop Mamza, who double as the Adamawa state CAN Chairman disclosed that this season is meant to show concern to the poor and the less previllege so that the celebration will be smooth for the families

The Bishop promised to continue to do everything under his power to take education of the Idps his topmost priority.

However called on the parents of the Idps to always keep the camp hygienic, as cleaniness is next to Godliness. Added that, covid 19 is real, urging the Idps to observe all the virus protocols

Bishop Mamza advised both Muslims and Christians to continue to live in peace and harmony, because without peace there will be no development. Also urges Muslims to celebrate with Christians during Christmas, likewise called on Christians to open their doors for Celebration.
