In the Spirit of Christmas, Health Care Christian Fellowship Students of the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) have advocated for peace and love to be shared among believers and nonbelievers.
The Students in A Christmas Carol sang songs of praise to God and celebrated the coming of Jesus as the reason for the Christmas season.
The carol which was themed;” Jesus the Priest of Peace” was the main message that was preached by the Provost of the college, Mr Pwol Gyang.
The old JUTH hall was filled with students and guests and received Exhortation by Mr Pwol Gyang.
Mr Pwol drew out Bible lessons by reading from the Program root text, Matt. 1:18- 22 stressed the need for peaceful co-existence among adherents of diverse religions and ffaithsafaiths ass the Prince peace.
Pwol in his keynote address charged the Christian Students to show love and help others in this festive season.
Songs of Worship, praise, Drama, prayers, and exhortation were Highlights of the Christmas Carol.
The Assistant Coordinator of the fellowship, Mr. Bitrus Garba who gave closing remarks on behalf of the Coordinator appreciated the Dean, the Provost, and the students for finding time for the epoch 2023 Christmas Carol.
