A People’s Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart in Adamawa State, Mohammed Murtala Chubado has sympathized with the entire party over the death of some party loyalists that died in an accident involving the campaign convoy of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
The Convoy as reported by many media organizations had a clash with the three victims in Fadaman Rake, Hong Local Government on their way to Mubi for the campaign.
Chubado who was a Senatorial aspirant of the party in the central zone sympathized with party members, especially the Chairman, Barr A T Shehu the victim’s immediate family for God’s consolation and comfort.
Mohammed , a stakeholder from Yola South described the death of the people as gallant party men whose death occurred doing what is the interest of the party.
“They are our party’s gallant loyal men and gave selfless service to the party that their death has to be immortalized uniquely.
” I prayed that their souls will find good and peaceful rest in Aljannatur Firdausi and grant our party leaders, the family the fortitude to bear irreplaceably lost,” Chubado said
He however called on the Governor of the state, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to do the needful by taking care of the victim’s children in paying their school fees and making sure they have what they will depend on as their source of income.
