In a Condolence Message the Senator Binta Masi Garba who had represented the people of Adamawa Northern Senatorial zone mourned the death of Bachama paramount traditional ruler,Chief Honest Stephen Irmiya.
Binta said His Majesty,Honest was a courageous leader who led a foundation of many good things, he was a strength of a generation and a covering for not just the Bachama Kingdom , but of the nation at large-he was a ready example of steadfastness. We will surely miss his light, his sunshine and all he has made us to become, because of his greatness.
“I am deeply saddened by the loss that the Bachama Kingdom and indeed, the entire nation have encountered. I condole with his family and the Kingdom over the transition of Homun Honest Irmiya Stephen,(Kwire Mana, Gbulum Bomo, Kpafrato 11), the Hama Bachama and Paramount Ruler of the Bachama Kingdom.
“My prayers and thoughts are with the family of the monarch and the Bachama Kingdom during this painful time. They are are not alone. May the good Lord grant his soul eternal rest and give the family and the entire Bachama Kingdom the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
