Conversion: It’s a mere hoax concocted by political enemies -Dr Emma denies joining Islam religion

A renowned philanthropist and a governotorial aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC) Dr Emmanuel N Musa has released a statement brutally denying a viral video to have converted to Islamic Religion from his Christian Religion.

His purported conversion was aggoged in many platforms of the social media today and made thousands of his supporters in celebration mode welcoming him to Islamic Religion while others were asking questions begging for answers.

The wide spread rumours which drew the attention of Emmanuel who doubled as the President of Emnamu Foundation, a non governmental organisation known for taking care of the less privileged irrespective of tribes or religion, across the many states of Nigeria to have renounced his Christian faith and Converted to Islam was described as more of scam and mischief by peddlers of political enemies.

Emmanuel in a contrary statement through the Central Media Director of Emnamu Foundation, Akacha Daniel Samari said it’s simply untrue and the APC Gubernatorial aspirant is still in his Christian religion and remains so till eternity.

Sources who spoke to this medium in confidence revealed that Emmanuel is facing greed and jealousy syndrome by his opponents who are opposing him because of his political growing fame and acceptance. Unfortunately they have failed to realize Emmanuel’s shining glory is on a Man whose time has come and nothing they can do about except God will decide on a contrary.

According to him is aware how people had engineered their political supporters to fly the kite of hatred against Emmanuel along religion because is getting wider acceptance from all people in Adamawa state were asked to discredit, tarnish the good will and the confidence he gained over the years.

He said: “they know religion is a very sensitive issue they want to use it to blackmail him and cause confusion among his supporters who are adherents of the two dominant religious we have in this country (Christianity and Islam)”.

While putting the record straight, Daniel made efforts to explain how one can get converted from another religion to Islam. According to him , “one would only accept Islam by accepting the ” kalman shahada “, and perform some rites, which would qualify you as a Muslim faithful and renounce your former religion.”

He explained that the viral video in circulation was when he attended the wedding of his Friend’s Son, who got married at Jabbi Mosque, yesterday in Abuja, a typical life style of his , loving people and extending friendship irrespective of one’s religion.

Daniel said some Muslim Youths who are his favourite supporters only described him as a good person and his deeds and his actions are exactly the teachings of Islam and called on him to join the religion due to his benevolence and love for humanity because it reflects the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SWA) but the turned and misinterpreted it differently

“This however, was ceased by some mischief makers to turn it into a willing tool for cheap political gains. Especially some adversaries from the Christian faith who are hellbent at denting the image of the young philanthropist.

“We call on all and Sundry to remain calm, as no issue of such nature has occur.” Daniel said

Our correspondent in Yola made efforts and spoke with Emmanuel N Musa and reiterated that he is a known figure and his conversion will not be at the pages of social media handles instigated by political jobbers. That It will be a standing ovation ceremony by many notable Nigerians.

He reiterated that he has political friends, close business allies and blood relations who are Muslims and treats them equally because is not a bigot and believe in humanity, if he will convert to Islam it will be a formal gathering of notable Nigerian figures across all pheres of life.

“I respect Islam religion and its tenets, and all the prophets in Islam haven been brought up into a harmonious family and community where Christians and Muslims share common values. If I will leave Christianity to Islam today big Nigerian Islamic scholars and my political, business allies alongside my family members will be around at the time of my conversion.” Emmanuel stressed

“Just ignore them, infact I don’t even know what you are saying, I’m only focus on the next line of my political steps and what I can do to help people out there. This religion conversion of a thing is a side way attraction. I’m a humanist,all Christians and Muslims are mine including those without religious. The two religions enjoin us to love humanity irrespective of their religious beliefs.” He added
