The Former Governor of Adamawa state His Excellency Mr Boni Haruna has described the death of Danjuma Jalo another painful exit.
Boni in statement said the news of the demise of former commissioner came to his as a shock.
“This is another painful exit. Danjuma was a member of the State Executive Council and a Commissioner for Local Government Affairs and later Youth and Sports. He was a dependable ally, generous and well connected to the grassroots.
“As a dependable ally, he made it a point of duty to inform me of any of his political moves. Danjuma was a man of the people. He was humble, accessible and compassionate. He will be greatly missed for his struggle to see to the development of Adamawa State which he had served in various capacities.
” I offer my condolences to his immediate family, his former colleagues in the State Executive Council, the District Head of Jimeta and the entire Jimeta community, the government and people of Adamawa State.” Boni condoled
