… Bello debunk allegations raised against him
Recently Adamawa State Chapter of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) is facing a serious leadership attacks and counter attacks by some members of the group accusing the chairman, Mallam Bello Babajo of shortchanging them among many allegations of financial discrepancies.
The debacle have seen all political parties Chairmen under the leadership of Beĺlo as the IPAC Chairman to face a coming crisis that will consume many of them if not averted and intervene by Stakeholders.
The State Chairman of African Democrats Congress,ADC, Comrade Shehu Yohanna who had earlier told this medium that Bello is an unfortunate IPAC Chairman Adamawa State has ever produced.
He accused him of bringing in intruders in the fold of IPAC , dispensing genuine members over his penchant desires to make money by using the IPAC office.
Shehu in his earlier submission further accused Bello of merchandising IPAC and by his own power he made the office a toothless dog that can not bite the government of the day.
In an audio conversation made available to this medium by Bello Babajo, Shehu however recanted his words and withdrew every statement against Bello in its entirety.
Shehu in the Audio during their telephone conversation with the embattled IPAC Chairman praised him as the best Chairman who has been fair and transparent to all party leaders.
He said IPAC under the leadership of Bello is the best, carrying everyone along even when he was under suspension slammed on him that was endorsed by all the political parties Chairmen under the leadership of Beĺlo.
Bello who paid a courtesy call to our office today made a shocking revelation in his efforts to denied all allegations against him by the party Chairmen of ADC,SDP, Labor Party and the organizing secretary of APC.
According to him the trailer load of Rice given to him by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri half of it was handed to the organizing of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu who was assigned by Barr Idris Shuaibu (APC party Chairman) to represent him in all IPAC affairs and the remaining half was shared to all other parties.
Beĺlo also denied allegations of Short changing anyone of IPAC member, but however challenged anyone of them to bring their facts or evidence how and where he Short changed them from all the monies given by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
He distanced himself from all the allegations raised by his members and described it a frivolous way of starnishing his image.
He further revealed that Governor Fintiri through his efforts gave the Chairmen senior special assistant (SSA) Appointments including the APC organizing Secretary who brought in the documents of his wife to replace him instead.
Documents he represented to this medium to include videos and still photos has shown that all the political party Chairmen are Fintiri’s SSA and the various meetings they had with Governor Fintiri.
Beĺlo admitted that Fintiri’s strides of leadership has buried opposition Parties judging from the infrastructure work and embracing the opposition Parties to the extend of giving them SSA appointments and Rice as palliative.
