Alhaji Umar Bello Jada, a.k.a Calculate has challenged his antagonists and traducers to a live Radio/TV debate in his quest to prove that his recent defection to the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) was on altruistic grounds.
Calculate has on Tuesday defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC), to PDP, citing woeful performance of the party at the national and state levels adding that the dismal performance of APC was both condescending and embarrassing.
In an interview with newsmen in Yola, Calculate said, as a patriot whose love for the development of Adamawa can never be negotiated on the alter of politics, he deemed it necessary to register support to the Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri led government on account of its excellent performance and unprecedented achievements.
The defection of Calculate to the ruling party has stirred string ambivalent feelings and mixed reactions with the APC saying that his movement was a “good riddance to bad rubbish.”
But in a statement, the politician maintained that his defection was based on altruism challenging anyone with strong feelings against it to a live Radio/TV debate.
” Any hired person that is challenging my defection or my political statements should be very ready to meet me one on one on live debate.
” I’m ready and willing to prove my case in a live debate on TV or Radio with any individual or group anytime, any day, anywhere. Let people judge us,” he said.
