Alhaji Uba Dan’arewa has touched the tails of many Lions for accusing the Vice President Elect, Senator Kashim Shettima of meddling in the political affairs of Adamawa State on a viral audio .
Barr Shagnah Moboyofe blasted Uba and described him a nonentity who is less qualify to unjustly talk bad on Kashim, a Man that worth his present position more than any other progressive leader from the North Eastern Nigeria.
Read Shagnah’s opinion in his efforts to reply Uba, warning him for saying he is an APC stakeholder in the state and can call a spade a spade:
“I have meticulously and extensively read the attack on the Vice-president Elect H.E.Sen.Kashim Shettima by Alh. Uba Dan’Arewa who claims to be a member of the APC and also belongs to Mallam Nuhu Ribadu camp but was so timid to state the obvious whether he was speaking for his principal.
“To begin with, let it be known that Adamawa State is not a no mans land that people whose false traditional ancestry is linked to Katsina state can not dare hold any sound opinion on Adamawa people, politics and governance as it relates to other part of Nigeria.Enough is enough, for some times now,we have tolerated alot of shenanigans from this political tout and bandit called Uba Dan’Arewa, he has of recent resorts to attacking even his well known benefactor H.E.Murtala Nyako, the dude who lacks ethnical upbringing of the Adamawa breed had also insulted SGF Boss Mustapha, Ahmad Sajoh and many of our elders were not also spare by his indiscriminate desire to always attack them with abusive and insultive words typical of his always quire character.
“In as much as his display of street behavior is not longer in doubt or a surprise to the public due to his long time seeming departure from good conscience and sense of decorum, if at all he had ever possessed any. Isn’t it a common sense _that_ a migrant who has no respect for our elders lacks the status of holding out himself to speak on issues that partains the people of Adamawa State.
“I have listened to Uba Dan’Arewa boastful acts of anti party and like any other listener could decipher from the audio click is an admission of also working against Sen.Bola Ahmed Tinubu/Kashim Shettima during the Presidential polls by Uba and his co-travellers.Funny enough is his reference to the man from Ganye who is more notorious in always working against the APC at all levels but Uba in a crafty manner accused Sen.Kashim Shettima for vowing to retire his area father.Haba! is this not mourning over a dead wood taken too far?
“Kashim Shettima ancestry or genealogy has never be in doubt neither has it been question by his kanuri folks that he has leave with and among them for over five decades? How then can a settler in Adamawa State dare a distinguished son of the soil of the Kashim status as a lesser Kanuri man? Those with crisis of identity as settlers that often liken their origin with a staggered historical link to Katsina yesterday, Taraba today and Adamawa tomorrow like a dog without a tag should be the last to call for a probe or due diligence over ethnic identity of others.
“The likes of Uba Dan’Arewa no matter how low their sense reasoning must not be oblivion of the fact that inline with our longtime tradition in AREWA H.E.Sen.Kashim Shettima is now the political leader of Northern Nigeria by virtue of his present God ordained position as the Vice-President in the waiting come 29th May,2023.Even sworn enemies of letters and books like Uba must acknowledged that Shettima has met the requirements expected of any World Leader owing to his humble background, educational attainment, working experience with both the private and the public sector as a top economist and a seasoned banker with a huge board room exposure business and government cycles is more qualified to be the Vice-President of Nigeria than all the North Easterners that routed for the number 2 Job in the country.
“There is no gain saying that Shettima has remain evidently qualified by whoever Uba Dan’Arewa might have preferred to be the Vice-President in view of his four times returned as a Governor, Senator and the Vice-President -Elect which is an edge above those who were more than four times rejected by the INEC and delegates at the party primaries.
“The leadership of Shettima at this moment extends to all the progressives in the 19 Northern States as demonstrated by his support during the 2023 polls to all our candidates in Adamawa State.If Uba is that a patriotic Progressives why is he not appreciating the good gestures of Shettima in Adamawa APC than resorting to the hue and cry of his new found paymasters that are falsely accusing people outside the Adamawa State as the brain behind their looming political defeat.
