In a landmark decision, the West African Youth Congress (WAYC) has named Dr. Emmanuel N. Musa, the visionary President of the EMNAMU Foundation, as the new Chairman of its Advisory Board. The appointment, announced following a unanimous vote by delegates from 16 West African nations, underscores Musa’s transformative impact on youth empowerment across the region.

The decision was formalized during the West Africa Youth and Stakeholders Engagement Summit, held from December 16 to 17, 2024, where Dr. Musa’s leadership credentials and dedication to youth development earned him resounding support.
Adding to the accolades, the WAYC also bestowed upon him the prestigious Humanitarian Youth of the Year 2024 award, recognizing his exceptional contributions to the advancement of young people.
On Friday, February 28, 2025, Comrade Mohammed Ahmed Marafa, WAYC Secretary General, alongside council executives, officially presented Dr. Musa with his nomination letter during a ceremony at his Abuja office. The event marked a significant moment of celebration for Musa’s supporters and a testament to his growing influence.
